Mouse Recombinant Cd80 - His Tagged
Gene of Interest
Protein Names:T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD80 (Activation B7-1 antigen) (B7) (CD antigen CD80)
Organism:Mus musculus (Mouse)
Proteomics (Proteome ID):UP000000589
Proteomics (Chromosome): Chromosome 16
Function [CC]:Involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T lymphocytes activation. T-cell proliferation and cytokine production is induced by the binding of CD28 or CTLA-4 to this receptor.
Developmental Stage:Expressed between 4 and 12 hours post-activation. Protein was detected at cell surface at 24 hours and it's expression was maximal from 48 to 72 hours post-activation.
Tissue Specificity:Expressed on activated B-cells, gamma interferon stimulated monocytes and non-circulating B-cell malignancies.
Region:Val 38 - Lys 245
Formulation:Sterile-filtered colorless solution
Formulation Concentration:1 mg/ml
Endotoxin Level:< 1%
Aggregate Tested By:SDS-PAGE
Endotoxin Screened:< 0.1 ng/ug
Stability:This bioreagent is stable at 4°C (short-term) and -70°C(long-term). After reconstitution, sample may be stored at 4°C for 2-7 days and below -18°C for future use.
Preparation:Reconstitute in sterile distilled H2O to no less than 100 ug/ml; dilute reconstituted stock further in other aqueous solutions if needed. Please review COA for lot-specific instructions. Final measurements should be determined by the end-user for optimal performance.
